Welcome to the Toledo Municipal Housing and Environmental Court website. I am
Judge McConnell the Housing Judge for this Court. The Court's jurisdiction
encompasses Toledo, The Village of Ottawa Hills, and Washington Township. The
website includes information about how the Court operates, Court Programs and
the Court Rules. There are also useful links to other resource information that
will be helpful to you as well.
